As a rapidly growing organization, Learn It offers unique opportunities to develop and advance in an exciting, challenging, and rewarding work environment. We empower our employees to build lasting partnerships with students, parents, teachers, and the community to help our students achieve success in school and life.
Program Managers create standout academic programs for our school partners. Responsible for coaching staff and managing our clients, Program Managers enjoy the challenge of helping struggling learners succeed.
Teachers work for Learn It because they believe in our mission to support struggling learners. They play a critical role in the success of our academic programs and serve as the heart and soul of our organization. Our teachers work with private, public, and charter schools to improve the trajectory of students. And they excel at classroom management, lesson planning, communication, teamwork, and building relationships with schools and parents. Learn It teachers are forward-thinking, passionate educators dedicated to student success.
Special Education Teacher
Like our teachers, our special educators share the same passion for student achievement. Special education teachers work with students who have challenges in the classroom, including cognitive, emotional, or physical disabilities. These teachers are skilled at modifying general education curricula to meet the needs of every student.
Our team of therapists includes Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP & SLPA), Occupational Therapists (OT & COTA), and Physical Therapists (PT & PTA). Therapists not only provide direct service but also serve as a crucial driver of our ability to innovate. Learn It therapists provide exceptional service and develop new ideas, content, and techniques based on their broad experience working with students and their wealth of knowledge in their fields.
Behavior Techs work in partnership with a special education teacher in our Special Academies for students with behavior challenges. They care deeply about children with special needs and work hard to implement our proprietary behavioral support program. Behavior technicians receive extensive training to assist students with making positive choices in and out of the classroom.
